Terms and Conditions of Sale
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers through the online store byvalder.com.
2. Seller

3. Formation of the contract
The display of products in the online store does not constitute a binding offer, but an invitation to order. By clicking the order button you place a binding order for the products in your cart. The order confirmation we send by email acknowledges receipt and does not yet constitute acceptance. The contract is concluded when we ship the goods and confirm shipment to you.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order, including where a product has been listed at an incorrect price or is unavailable. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.
4. Prices, taxes and import charges
All prices are shown in Canadian dollars and do not include sales tax. Applicable GST, HST or QST is calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
Shipping is free.
Orders are shipped from outside Canada. Import duties, taxes and carrier brokerage or handling fees may apply when your order enters the country.

5. Payment
Payment is made using the methods offered during the order process. Your payment method is charged when the order is placed.
6. Delivery
We ship every order as promptly as we can. Delivery timeframes shown on the site are estimates and are not binding, unless we have expressly agreed a specific delivery date with you.
If we are unable to deliver your order within 30 days of your purchase, we will contact you. You may then cancel the order and receive a full refund.
Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.
7. Retention of title
Goods remain our property until payment has been received in full.
8. Returns
We offer a voluntary 30-day return right from the date of delivery. Full details, conditions and instructions are set out in our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these Terms.
9. Warranties
Products are covered by the implied warranties and conditions provided under the sale of goods and consumer protection legislation of your province or territory, including as to acceptable quality and fitness for purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies those rights where the law does not permit it.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in it.
Nothing in this clause deprives you of the protection of the mandatory consumer protection laws of the province or territory in which you habitually reside, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that province or territory.

11. Final provisions
If any individual provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions is unaffected. Mandatory consumer protection rules in force in the province or territory where you habitually reside remain unaffected.
